Chaos and condescending.
Interviewing for a high level position, initial invite were two other managers in the same level.
6 ppl popped up in total with no video link, no interview guide.
Very disappointing experience
Great. They did a three round interview with a test. I passed all of them and got hirer. Nucor is a great company they take the time to find a strong candidate but the benefits of this company are huge.

how would you approach building relationships with scrap suppliers in a competitive market
Long process that involved several different steps. Questions were very repetitive throughout the process. Tour would have been nice. Would be nice to get feedback after interview even if job isn’t offered, there was a lot of time invested from the candidate.
