Typical, casual talk, good people do the interviewing. Talked work and job and also just casual conversations. Very relaxed. Was like having a conversation with a friend. Would recommend. There’s 2 stages of interviews. One call and one in person

I applied for the Clinical Research Manager position through Indeed. I was contacted by a recruiter, and interviewed twice. The job posting I applied to was listed as hybrid, but during the interview I was informed it was 100% in person with long hours that blend into weekends and no flexibility. When I received an offer, it was nearly $30k below their posted salary range for the job I applied to, not negotiable, and at no point was I informed I was actually interviewing for a lower level position, even asking me what I found most exciting in the job description. I would have never wasted my time had they been honest about what I was interviewing for.
