Stages - Interview: exploratory - Code Challenge - Interview: Software Architecture - Interview: Code Challenge review, adding functions and improving tests - Interview: Culture Fit, with a person, who could barely maintain an English spoken conversation (switched to Spanish, in order to ease the person's interactions) Feedback: thank you for participating, but our score system determined that you were not qualified for the last interview. Please, apply again in 6 months. 2 weeks later, Nubank sends me an email, inviting me to join the process, once again. Emails during the process, are full of purple hearts, and messages like "I am rooting for you". For a negative response, it's "thanks for your time, but we are not moving on... apply again in six months". Does this sound as some sort of hypocrisy to you?
