A recruiter contacted me and first they redirected me to a Zoom conference to know more about the process of hiring. After that they sent me a coding take-home assignment that you can do on your technology of choice. After that there is a System Design interview, my first time talking to a human in three weeks. The case study is stupidly complex and the interviewers did little to clarify or validate my approaches. I ended up with a tangled mess of a solution. Part of that my fault (since i did need to study more) but part the terrible support the two interviewers gave me. Almost completely silent through a whole hour. Next day I had my rejection mail. No feedback, even after asking.
