It was a two phase process, the first was about online tests, and the second was just an interview, which was made on the telephone. It was really quick, and I thought I was declined, because the interview didn't take more than 15 minutes.

In what situation of your life did you work in a group?
i like the interview with Novonor they will ask you about your resume and also about your preveious experience as an intern and about your acadimic project after this interview i was impresed by the interview process of novonor and how they want to ensure your integration into their team
