First you have an interview with the Talent Acquisition Lead, in charge of checking your abilities and experience. Then you will have a technical interview. From the very first moment you can identify the organization goals and the position functions

How would you solved a technical problem with a big account under your lead?
What's the main challenge you have face and how did you handle it?
Quick process. It took over a week and I had 3 interviews, 2 with HR and one with a Manager. All of the interviews were virtual and overall they were always transparent in what they were offering and setting the expectations correctly.

Very friendly and professional team with helpful follow ups. All the process was done remotely from Barranquilla (colombia) except one peer interview from someone in the US.
