Submitted an application and a few days later was asked to complete a virtual interview in order to move forward in the interview process. The virtual interview consisted of answering questions to prompts displayed on the screen without someone on the other end. Following the virtual interview, I had a phone "interview". The phone interview was essentially a break down of the job and HR asking what I'm looking for. Lastly, I partook in a panel interview with 3 other people from the company. After a month or so I was offered a position. Somewhere in the beginning of the interview process I also took a pre-employment test assessing my mathematical and critical thinking skills
