Novartis came into our college, SRMIST for campus hire drive. It was during the Pandemic, Jul - 2020. The process started with the Aptitude test, then a coding round followed by the technical and HR interviews. The interviewer were quite friendly and supportive, they made all of us very comfortable so that we can perform with 100% caliber. It went on for around an hour.
