Invited to fly out to interview, expenses paid by Novartis. The interview was well organized and everyone was very nice. I was offered the job with a few weeks. The whole process was very enjoyable and professional.
I had a HR interview first, then I was asked for an interview with hiring manager. After selected, I was asked to virtually talk to a number of team members.

The interview process was very positive, but I was informed by HR that the position was no longer being filled due to business needs, even after my references were contacted. It was disappointing given how far along the process had progressed
