Initial recruiter call and then a call with the hiring manager. No one had the decency to in touch after the calls to inform me that I wouldn't be progressing - a poor candidate experience.

Entrevista
There was a screening interview with one of the recruiters, which lasted about 15 minutes. Then there was a first round interview with a senior HRBP based around CV based questions & competencies
1 st round interview with hiring manager by phone. Standard questions regarding previous experience, knowledge of the company, understanding of the positions, etc. Lasted about 45 minutes, was more like a conversation. Overall a positive experience.
