There was a lot of stages, first CV then the online tests to see how smart you are. Next was the digital interview if you made the top 10% of the online test. Next was the assessment centre which included an interview. The assessment centre was filled with about 30 other incredibly intelligent graduates. The interview they asked you 3 days before to prepare a presentation on topics they send you.
