Overall process is incredibly comfortable and just simply nice - the interviewers pay attention to you and to your answers, there are no 'typical recruitment questions' and every question appears as a consequence of your previous answer. There's a high attention paid to whether or not you understand Company's values and if your work ethics are aligned with them. You always interview with people from the team/department, who are very willing and able to answer even difficult questions that you might have. The responses and communication with TA team is fast, efficient and to the point.
