Korn Ferry (external HR firm) directed the hiring team behavioral-based process. They rushed to get me to fly to Chicago O-hare Hilton with less than 1-week notice. Each of 4 interviewers had a script with behavior-based questions, delivered in about 15 minutes each. I also had to prepare a scientific presentation.
