Usual application procedure. Online application with CV and motivation letter followed by a "casual" telephone conversation for having a chat about the position and the applicants' motivation. One month later was the personal interview via videotelephony with HR, the team and certain line managers. It was a very straightforward process and a nice, already collegial atmosphere with all people involved in the recruitment process. I did decide for another position but I am sure the next candidate will join a great team!
