Phone Screen. 1st Round very positive. 2nd Round not positive. Seemed to try and catch you out rather than try to encourage. Feedback practically non existent even though they say they they want to move fast in the process, and that they would communicate to candidates regardless of outcome. Mixed messages from recruiter and hiring manager - which also wasntt clear (who the actually hiring manager would be). Read glassdoor reviews before the interview and thought that the process surely had improved as the reviews were from last year.. Obviously nothing has changed...
