It will consist of multiple rounds, including HR interviews, technical interviews, and assessments of past relevant experience. There will also be project workflow/design discussions and a presentation component, with different team members taking turns asking questions.
HR round with basic questions explaining the role and hiring process. Then behavioral with hiring manager. technical questions mostly from my resume and some behavioral questions around experience with stakeholders

Entrevista
The interview process itself is fairly simple. The HR round mainly explains the process, and the technical rounds focus on basic oral questions rather than coding or problem-solving.
However, the major issue is the lack of communication. The company does not provide updates during the process and may ghost candidates midway. After completing three rounds of interviews, and even after following up via email, I never received any response.
While the interview itself is not particularly challenging, candidates should be aware of the lack of communication and follow up throughout the process, which is very unprofessional and disappointing.
