I’ve always enjoyed working in with the elderly. It’s what I’m most passionate about and most interested in. In my past role, I split my time 50/50 between HR and home care, and while I enjoy both, I’d be very excited to have that one single focus in this role, and I think it would allow me to continue learning and growing in my career .
