A Novant health practice Coordinator contacted me by telephone to request an in person interview. I was contacted approximately five business days after I completed an online application for this position. An in person interview wad scheduled within three business days and a follow up interview with another management team nine days later.

Entrevista
The overall interview process was positive. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the office. Office manager as well as the office coordinator made me feel comfortable during the interview process.

Entrevista
I've actually interviewed with this company 5 times, and the interviews are not too bad. Usually you meet with the Manager first, and then peer interview to follow with 2-4 peers. Just frustrated and sad that I can't get an offer after 5 interviews and 132 applications submitted. I've been told I interview well and I'm qualified for the positions I apply for down to a tee. Feels like a waste of time, sometimes.
