Many thanks for your feedback on your interview experience. I see you declined the offer, our loss, another company's gain. I am interested to see that if people mark "easy interview" it gets a green tick, and if a "hard interview" a red cross. This is a useful insight and I think we need to make our interviews more stretching. You suggest that the company were trying to trick you as part of the recruitment strategy. This was before my time but my personal view would be appreciation of people putting effort in to their presentation and using research, through whatever means, to come up with a good slide presentation. But no matter how good the slide pack is, it needs to be delivered well.
