I applied online on the website. The interview process was 3 interviews. 1 with HR specialist and then another in the same day with the supervisors of the dept, and then IF you are selected, a 2nd round of interviews with the HR VP. The interview is simple, basic interview questions. It's stressful with how much pressure they put on the interview and meeting with HR, when it really shouldn't have that much pull in the hiring process.
