After submitting the job application online I had a 10 minute phone interview with one of Nova’s Talent acquisition partners. The interview was very friendly and relaxed and was mainly around why I wanted the job and to clarify some general details. After the phone interview, I was offered a face to face interview with the manager of the job position. This was held at a cafe of my choosing which allowed for a pretty relaxed atmosphere for the interview. The interview mainly consisted of the job position details as well as questions about my previous work experience and how I’d handle certain situations. After the face to face interview I received a notification the next day stating that I was successful for the job. Nova conducted background/identity checks and I was required to complete psych assessments. Once all of these were completed (took about 2 weeks) I was given the offer.
