Applied online and then did an online assessment. After that I didn't hear for quite a while. It was probably about 3 weeks. I was offered to attend an assessment day. So first they do a presentation about Norwegian and then after that you give all your documents that you were told to bring. They ask you when are you available to start work etc. After that there's one group task and there's about 8 of you. Mine was about how we could improve the reputation of a store. After that you wait for an interview. Other airlines usually will send a few people home but Norwegian give you a chance at an interview. My interviewer I didn't find was very friendly. There was also a cabin crew member with her from a different base in Spain. They told us all that we would hear if we have been successful or not the next day. We were all surprised it we would hear that soon but they insisted we would hear the next day. So I waited, next day I got nothing. Half of the people I was with all heard and were told they were successful. I was forced to wait the whole weekend until Monday. On Monday I was told at about lunch time that I was unsuccessful. I thought it was quite ridiculous that they made the people who were unsuccessful wait so long to be told seeing as they promised we'd hear the next day. I waited 3 days. I found the whole process just long and unorganised.
