I was recommended by recruiting company and arrive on time and in good mood to Gatwick. Interview was begun with HR Manager and later on with COO and Director of Safety. We review my CV and spoke about my flight safety experience. I feel comfortable and respond to all question in friendly manner. We found that I have solid background and I do not know only internal company procedures. I coming back with hope for my future. One week later I get phone call and obtain information that other person was selected. No description what was wrong.
