It was simple. You apply and you have the background that is teachable. You learn on the job. There is a small panel interview. You talk to someone from HR who does the recruiting and then you talk to a manager from NWC. They ask your background with corporate reception, but mostly behavioral questions about how you handle situations.

Not too hard! one on one interviews. I liked all of the interviewers and felt comfortable. I went somewhere else with better pay instead, but I would have worked for this company too.

Phone interview and then an in person interview at Amazon corporate. One on one interview. Nice atmosphere. Easy interview. Went well and was offered a free latte afterwards as a perk of working at Amazon
