Very standard type management interview. General open ended behavioral questions and skill based questions. Good overview of the organization, its goals, vision and mission. I felt that I knew more about the company at the end of the interview and was interested in the position.

Contacted by email, then phone interview. 2 inperson interviews with multiple person panels.References required prior to offer. Interviews were disjointed and unprepared - new positions with no clear job description, hours or duties.
