I was initially contacted via the Northside Recruiter via email and was pleasantly surprised with how responsive she was upon my applying for the position. My recruiter, Pamela was extremely helpful in accommodating my interview to my current work schedule. Before the end of that business day, I was sent, via email, details about my virtual interview, who my interviewer would be, and how to access the link to my Assessments. Upon my completing the required documents, my correspondence over the next day or so, was cordial and prompt. I was able to conduct my virtual interview at my scheduled time with ease and was appreciative of the feedback I received towards the end.
They asked easy questions, very professional and upfront about job and expectations. Also was a virtual interview. Not hard at all. Still waiting to hear back from it and it’s been almost 2 weeks.

Applied received an email for interview it was a panel interview. 4 leaders and their energy was very positive and they were so transparent . I was very surprised by the answer when I asked what type of employee they were looking for

It was easy if you have studied the position you are trying to get hired for. Also if you learn about the hospital and use that as well you’re get the job
