The interview process had different stages. First had a one on one where the manager had a chance to ask relevant question. I also had a chance to ask any questions which I may have had. It also gave a chance to go over any information in my resume and further explain the various concepts as to get a clearer picture as to the job and responsibilities. If I wanted that particular job and if I was right for the job.
