Entrevista
Quite an impersonal application process. If you are not selected to go further they cannot provide any explanation behind their decisions, due to the high number of applicants.
Does not give a good overall feeling, if you take the time to prepare an application and show interest in the company. Especially when according to the job description you match the requirements, but then you are not given any information on why you are rejected.
