Entrevista
The initial application was online. Then I was contacted both by email and telephone and invited for an interview. There was a panel of current employees with prepared "canned" questions which were not too difficult. I had a chance to ask questions about the position. Afterward, I was taken to lunch and then given the rare opportunity to understand the benefits. I have been extremely pleased here and would recommend this employer.

Entrevista
All positions and applications are done online from the website. Some list wage/salary and some do not. Job descriptions are detailed. I received a phone call requesting an interview, which was held in a matter of days.The interview panel was composed of four employees, who alternated asking "canned" questions from a sheet of paper. The offer was made by phone in a matter of a couple of days. In the past when I have applied at this same school, HR was quite slow in responding that the position had been filled. This time, they were very quick in the hiring process because the position was needed right away.

Really no unexpected questions. All seemed appropriate. The usual self-assessment as far as type of person you are. I was well prepared to answer questions with examples of how I solved difficult scenarios in the past. I had researched the school and position, which is always a must!
