4. Manager & Ops Manager(Optional)
5. HR
Ops Manager round is optional if you can crack the Manager round smooth. I did not have to go through the same. Prepare basic of finance and Economics as well as current share market situation around the globe.

Entrevista
I received a phone call from HR. Very positive and outgoing individual. All fit questions. The final question asked my salary expectations which I responded with an at/below average analyst salary for that area (Chicago, IL). HR then told me the salary range was in the mid-40s.
Received a rejection email the following afternoon. Clearly fishing for low hanging fruit.

I sent in my application and within 4 days was contacted by a recruiter working with the company. The recruiter preformed a standard phone interview that lasted 15 min, asking background questions and and why I applied for that particular role, set up in person interview immediately. The process was painless and they were well prepared
