Recieved an HackerEarth test. Completed the test and it was dam easy test with some simple Java, Hibernate and Spring MCQ and 2 with programs. Even a 3 yr experience guy could solve the problems. After giving the test reached HR multiple times about the future process and test results. After 10 days received an email from HR that I have not cleared the test and its rating is below average. 😂 HR guys please try to share the actual reason for rejection, I am dam sure that the test I have give will have more than 85% result.
