Manpower introduced me then company bypassed agency and hired me directly.This is an unethical practice, knowing full well the agency was due $ for referring me to the organization. Once interviewed they delayed their decision 3 weeks then delayed my start date by 2 weeks. Was offered full time but was immediately trained as part time as a take it or leave it after thought.
