Three rounds of interviews. Quite informal and very friendly. I spoke with HR, direct management and also some potential peers. We spoke at length of what the job and company are like and the expectations of my role.

Initially had a phone interview, then in-person HR interview + 2 tests on logic and PPC knowledge, then interview with the Marketing Lead. Overall it took around 2 months from sending resumes to getting their decision.
