Submitted my documents through their portal, followed by a Zoom interview with the selection committee. The entire process was weird, to say the least. They were looking for someone to teach digital media-related courses. In the interview, they asked about teaching completely different courses (still in the media and comms discipline). The interview went well. Most of the time they talked to each other, I felt like I was in a staff meeting rather than in a job interview, I thought. After the interview, they ghosted me. I had to follow up with one of the committee members to find out that they decided not to hire me. The entire process felt unprofessional, and the institution (Vancouver campus) is very shady. I recommend not wasting your time putting together an application package for this institution (again, specific to Vancouver campus)
