I was interviewed over the phone and then after two weeks was brought in to meet with the coop team in the college of engineering. The panel had other faculty coop members.

Well prepared and serious approach a committee is formed. Examples and clear concise approach is better. Despite all tgeir serious preparation tgey hire people who are very much like themselves or people who they think will not pose a challange not the best candidate. If you want to work there make good friends with the people working there. Dont be a high flyer.
