Four interviewers attend the Zoom meeting. They asked about the research, teaching experience and writing a grant proposal. The atmosphere was comfortable and they were really kind. After that q & a session was allowed for me.

The interview involved a three-person phone interview with each person asking a different question. The interview started with basic introductions of your employment profile and goals, followed by each interviewer asking what feel like pre-determined questions.
