It took approximately 3–4 weeks to receive my first-round interview invitation. The interview lasted for 1 hour and was conducted by a panel of 3 team members. The discussion included questions about my technical skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the role.

The interview process began with a detailed resume screening phase, where candidates were evaluated based on their educational background, technical skills, and relevant experience. Those who met the initial criteria were then invited to complete a take-home assessment. This assessment was thoughtfully designed to mirror real-world challenges and tested various competencies such as problem-solving, coding efficiency, code readability, and documentation. It provided candidates with the flexibility to demonstrate their skills in a comfortable environment while allowing the interviewers to assess both technical depth and approach to tackling practical problems.
