Was contacted by a recruiter on linked in. I updated my resume and sent over to her. I was then contacted within the hour of sending my resume. We discussed the company at length, my experience, and potential compensation. I was then set up with an interview with a hiring manager within a few days. A few days later, I had an interview with the claims director and finally an interview with HR. This all occurred in just over a weeks timeframe. The interviews themselves were basically just conversations, no hard pressing or grilling questions. HR was more regimented and formatted as you would expect from an HR interview.

I have been in the claims industry for about 20 years now. And I have never had the pleasure to work with a Recruiter like Terri Williams. From the first call with her I knew I wanted to be part of this company. I have met with many recruiters in my tenure over the years. Terri is definitely number one in the industry. Not only is she knowledgeable of what the company is looking for She also has a talent with getting to know the candidate. If the other employees have half of what I experience with Terri I wanna be part of that team. Kudos to this company having Terri as the first face and voice to represent you.
