Second personal interview, pretty much the same, then, background check follows, if clear, a final technical telephonic interview follows. Really professional interview with the overview of skills and case studies. Experienced professionals find it easy to get thru it, and want to be interviewed in this way, rather than, answer stupid syntax/how-to questions.
