Quick communication, though their CTO is a clown. He's been assigned with searching for the unicorn: UI design skills, React, Swift, Kotlin, Golang, Java, Microservices...
It's really bad to waste your time on interviews and assessments, only to find out that they actually seek someone who is expert on every domain of software evelopment that exists. Fortunately, they didn't ask for ML skills.
Follow the job description, you will find everything in there. Don't waste your time on funny companies.

Big waste of time - was told to complete two coding assignments (parser and some simple react web page), only to later be told in the next stage by a non-tech staff member I spoke to that they're looking for someone with more experience. Could have just looked at my resume beforehand and spared me the time...

I reached them through LinkedIn, and there was an automatic interview about programming skills, after that I passed two screen interviews, they made it a good experience. Unfurtonelly I didn't have the years of experience required . .. but they were always telling me the status of my application.
