Fairly straightforward questions like are you comfortable working nights and weekends. Also, they ask situational questions concerning helping customers, personality questions, and why would you like to work for Nordstrom.

Entrevista
Interview was straightforward. It was smooth from one ster to another. It was low key. Enjoyed conversation and had fun. The expectations of the role were clearly described, and plenty of time for further questions.
