Had an interview with the manager of the Logistics Department took about 2 hours because it was a group of us who were all interviewed one by one. The interview was really laid back and she made me feel very comfortable. It took almost a week and a half for her to call and say I got the job THANK GOD! (I only had an in person interview no phone interview)

They called me the next day and scheduled an interview for the following week and emailed me consent to background check me which I filled out and sent back immediately. I was told face to face when interview was completed to either call interviewer back if I did not hear from him OR he would call me. He called me (a college graduate with years and years of work experience and a solid work ethic oozing with character and integrity), and said I was not "the right match" HUH??? I sat stunned in my car for 30 minutues. I guess they do not want any one working for them in their 50s.
