Pretty typical interview questions of being asked about serving difficult customers, something you didn’t like about working from home and your strengths. The interviewer was personable which made it easier to get through.

Why would you be a good fit for this particular position?
Great! Very informative. Be yourself and be sure to give great details regarding your experience. Although, the interview is great. The job details continue to change but the job pay does not.
After the application I was invited for a virtual self recording interview. After I passed that initial interview I was then invited to a virtual Teams interview with a hiring recruiter. The interview process was seamless and comfortable.

If chosen for an initial interview, you will complete a recorded video interview first. The questions are fairly general compared to most employers, “tell us about yourself, how does your experience align with the role, etc.” This role is a remote position as of right now so there are a few specific questions about whether you can work in a distraction free environment or not.
