The interview process was very thorough. In the end, I had 5 interviews before being hired. First, a phone interview with the recruiter. Next, an in person interview with the ebar manager, next, a phone interview with the district manager, then, another phone interview, this time with the regional manager, and, finally, one with the store manager in which the ebar was.

First you get a call from HR to do a phone interview. Then if they like you you will get a call from the manager of the ebar for an interview. After that you will have a phone interview with the regional manager. If they like you they will call you within 3 days and make you an offer.
