Applied online and got a call back a week later. HR called and asked me why i wanted to work at nordstrom.how do I feel it being comission based. tell me a time i handled a difficult customer. tell me a time i did not achieve a goal. tell me a time i was in a competitive environment. then she gave me an offer to come in the store for an in person interview at the end.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
