I was mostly asked about my character traits and experience within the food industry. I was also asked about the types of environments I like to work in and my personal skills.
Behavior questions asking me how I deal with pressure and difficult questions. As well they asked me about my experience. And finally we talked about the restaurant industry. It was a good interview
All good. Went on tour while asking question I guess checking our my demeanor and attitude. I let the know my goals and commitments to Nordstrom . I was then offered a position and salary on the spot, was lower then average but I got my foot in the door of advancing and can negotiate my salary later
