I had what I thought was a great initial process with them. Screening with HR.. then. Full day with two panel interviews... then an additional call with a business partner from the group that was interested. Then radio silence. Obviously they are not interested but I did get great feedback all through the process. If they are truly not interested, they could have at least call and say no. Utterly rude, frustrating and unprofessional.

Behavioral based. Nothing complicated. Make sure you know your own work experience.
Only had one phone interview, but they mentioned reaching out the next week for a follow up and I never heard from the recruiter again. I sent a follow up email the following week after I did not hear, and the recruiter still never responded.

Basic questions in a standard initial phone interview. Although the recruiter would not give me a salary range for the role and made me give my expected salary.

My first and only interview was with the senior recruiter. At the end of the interview she said she would schedule my interview with the hiring managers for the next week. Weeks passed by, even 2 months but I did not hear from her even after repeated emails and phone calls.
As a senior recruiter its your duty to inform the applicants of the status. Rejection is not as bad as waiting endlessly for someone to respond.
