There was 3 rounds. The first was with HR, the second with a hiring manager for the program. Final round is with a panel of 3. All behavioral focused questions.
Mostly Behavioral, personality, and "fit" type questions. Nothing technical. It felt like a conversation mostly. Phone screen, and then 2 rounds with different people across the company. Have a good "why" and understand what the program is
3 rounds with the final interview being a 3 on 1 . First round with recruiter. Second with program director. Third with senior Finance personnel and program director. All interviews are either 30 min or 1 hr long
