One practical test with almost 30 questions covering all parts of UI design, monetization design, game design (prototyping, presentation etc), level design, market analysis, math questions, coding in xml etc requiring answers for all the questions as well as mockup designs. Test took about 10 working days to complete or 70+ working hours. A second interview that was online with questions completely unrelated to the practical test with no mention of any of the answers of the 30 questions as well as 0 feedback. One of the people interviewing me looked annoyed to be there and was hiding their face by facepalming during the whole interview. Questions were focused on monetization and operations and completely not about creative design processes and analytical thinking. The money offered at the end of the interview were really poor comparing to the rest of the industry especially comparing to the money offered for this specific role.

They are asking to complete a huge unpaid test, then making you wait for two weeks. Bare in mind, they don’t even schedule short interview to get to know each other.
