Had a meeting with HR, then got assigned a technical task. After submitting the task, went to a technical interview after which I've never heard from them again, despite being told they would reach out to me by the end of the week. To be fair, I was lacking experience but I was transparent about it during the first interview with the HR. To me, not to reach out after 2 interviews and a completed technical task is just unprofessional and disrespectful.
